  • The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your location. Please note that customized items may require additional processing time. We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Normal delivery time is 5 -7 days.

  • We currently ships to select international destinations. International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination, you can check this at checkout section.

6. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order’s progress through our website or we will update you on whatsapp right after you create a order from our website.

7. Customs and Duties:

  • For international orders, please be aware that customs fees and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

8. Undeliverable Packages:

  • In the event that a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, it may be returned to us. We will attempt to contact you to arrange re-shipment, but additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Changes to Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. If you need to make changes after placing an order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible, write us a mail or connect with us on our whatsapp support team. We will try to do the changes you want to make in your order but if the product is customizable and you want to have changes after 1-2 days after placing an order,we cannot make any changes and we will process the order with the same details given at the time of creating the order.
